We now operate from our head office in Melbourne, Naarm on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung country, and currently employ 50+ staff located all over Australia.
Over the last five years JPS Audit Specialists’ have grown into a well reputed, respected and trusted Certification Partner with thousands of organisations Australia wide. Our Providers are never just a number to us, and the JPS team pride themselves on conducting professional, efficient and credible audits that see many organisations returning to our team for their auditing requirements over many years.
In addition to this, is my personal lived experience of navigating the NDIS as a father and understanding the important work and services that our Providers deliver within our communities. We strive to make the auditing process transparent, cost effective, and with limited disruption to business operations to ensure that Providers can continue to get back to what they do best - servicing their Participants.

Statement

This statement outlines JPS Audit Specialist’s commitment and strategies to guarantee that all third-party certification and accreditation activities are conducted impartially. The Managing Director holds ultimate responsibility for JPS Audit Specialist’s operations. The Managing Director is solely responsible for ensuring that all certification processes meet the impartiality standards required by different schemes. Key points include:


JPS Audit Specialists abstains from offering consultancy services, including the design and implementation of management systems.

JPS Audit Specialists operates independently from any other associated business entity with a distinct website, logo, and marketing materials.

The Senior Management team, Certification Body members, Stakeholder Committee members, General Manager and JPS Audit Specialists staff are required to complete and regularly update an impartiality/ conflict of interest declaration.

All auditors and technical experts, whether employed or contracted, must annually complete an impartiality / conflict of interest declaration and a confidentiality agreement.

Prior to conducting an audit, each auditor and technical expert must disclose any potential conflicts of interest with the client and confirm that they have not engaged in any marketing, presentations, or consultancy related to the client's quality management systems within the last two years.

JPS Audit Specialists maintains adequate risk insurance and financial stability.

JAS-ANZ conducts regular surveillance audits of JPS Audit Specialists.
